We hope you loved your Yours Clothing purchase, however if you didn't we have an easy and convenient returns process.

Please ensure the items you’re returning are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise the return may not be accepted. Please complete the reason for your return on the returns slip provided and place it inside your parcel. Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges, please return your items and reorder online for a replacement.

Local Post Office

Take your parcel to your local Post Office and request the service that you require. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.​

Please note that this is not a free service, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Boxberry

You can return your parcel to closest convenient Boxberry parcel office using our return portal link below. Please follow this process:

1.Repackage the item in the original packaging
2. Log on our return’s portal and follow the steps:

3. You will need your Order Number/ID as stated on the delivery note (starts with YR) and Postcode (your delivery postcode)
4. Once you have followed the above process, you will receive a unique return label. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and hand over your parcel to the selected Boxberry parcel office.
5. Once completed, you will receive a tracking reference. Please use this tracking information to check the progress of your parcel journey.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.

FAQs

Typically, a refund may take up to 21 days. That’s up to 14 days for us to receive your returns and processing them and up to 7 days for the refund to go through the banking system.

Returns are FREE & easy! Items in their original condition can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Repack the item with all tags attached.
  2. Complete the Returns code section next to the item you are returning on your invoice/returns form that you received with your order and pop it inside your parcel.
  3. Choose one of our return carriers (Hermes Courier Collection or Parcel Shop, Asda Toyou, Royal Mail, or a Yours store) further information can be found on your Returns form. Attach the relevant sticky label to your parcel and post it off! Remember to get proof of postage and keep this safe.

If you live near a Yours Clothing store you may return the items to a store for an exchange, gift vouchers or a refund to the original method of payment. If the order was paid for using PayPal, Klarna or Amazon payments then only an exchange of gift voucher can be provided in store. Ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging with the completed returns form. Please bring your delivery note with you as proof of purchase.

How to return your order via the toyou service at over 600 ASDA stores:

  1. Write your name and order number on the label that is included within your parcel or print a label in store
  2. Attach the label to your parcel
  3. Take your parcel to your nearest ASDA location
  4. Drop off parcel at the signposted toyou returns point or hand to an ASDA colleague
  5. Track your parcel at www.toyou.co.uk using the tracking number that is on your label

Return your order to your local post office. Attach your FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 label from within your parcel. Take your parcel to your local Post Office. Your return on receipt will be processed within 7 days. (Insurance cover to the value of £100 is included by Royal Mail).

Use your local Post office to return items back to us at your cost but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us within 30 days and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.

If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Form. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges online. Instead, please return your item(s) by following these easy steps below, and then reorder for a replacement.
